Terms of Service

Effective 2026-10-10 · Version 1.0

In short: You keep ownership of your content; you're responsible for having the rights to it. Auto Upload is optional and you can turn it off. Acliptic isn't affiliated with YouTube, Google, Meta, Twitch, or Kick, and your use of each is also governed by that platform's own terms. Subscriptions renew until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal.

1. Agreement and Eligibility

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of acliptic.pro and the Acliptic application (together, the "Service"), operated by Abdul Rehman as an individual sole proprietor based in the United Arab Emirates ("Acliptic," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

2. What Acliptic Does

Acliptic monitors a livestream or video file you specify (on Twitch, Kick, or an uploaded file), uses automated systems to detect clip-worthy moments, generates short vertical clips with AI-written titles/descriptions and captions, and — only where you enable it — publishes those clips to platforms you've connected (currently YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels). Where Auto Upload isn't enabled, clips are available for you to review and upload manually.

By using the YouTube-publishing feature, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and you acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. By using the Instagram, Twitch, or Kick features, you agree to be bound by each of those platforms' own terms as well. Acliptic is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, Meta, Twitch, or Kick.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

4. Connected Platforms

When you connect Google/YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, or Kick, you authorize Acliptic to access that account, for that platform, solely to provide the features you've enabled — monitoring a stream, generating clips, and, only where you choose, publishing on your behalf. You represent that you have the right to grant this access and that doing so doesn't violate that platform's own terms. Auto Upload is optional — you can leave it off and publish manually, or turn it off at any time. You can revoke a platform's access at any time from Settings → Integrations; see our Privacy Policy for exactly what disconnecting does and doesn't revoke per platform.

Clip titles, descriptions, and captions are generated automatically by AI from your stream's transcript. Acliptic does not currently provide an in-app step to edit a clip's title or description before it's published, whether manually or via Auto Upload, and currently publishes YouTube uploads with standard public visibility and without a per-video "made for kids" designation step. If you need to set a specific title, description, visibility, or audience designation for a video, download the clip and publish it directly on that platform yourself instead of through Acliptic.

5. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights in the video, audio, and other content you stream or upload through Acliptic ("Your Content"). You grant Acliptic a limited license to access, process, store, and — only where you direct — publish Your Content, solely to provide the Service to you. We don't claim ownership of Your Content, don't use it to train models for any purpose beyond providing the Service to you, and don't sell it.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and for anything published to your connected accounts through the Service, including that you own it or hold permission to stream, upload, clip, and publish it, that it complies with applicable law, and that it complies with the terms of every platform it's published to.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • process or publish content you don't have the rights to, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property;
  • process or publish content that's unlawful, defamatory, or obscene, or that violates the policies of any platform you've connected;
  • attempt to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
  • circumvent any usage limit of your subscription plan; or
  • use the Service on behalf of, or to impersonate, someone without their authorization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

7. Third-Party Platform Limits

Every platform you connect enforces its own rules on top of anything configured in Acliptic, and those rules can change without notice to us — including limits on visibility, posting frequency, or content type that a platform applies independently of any setting inside Acliptic. We are not responsible for a platform's decision to limit, suspend, or remove your access, content, or visibility, or for changes a platform makes to its own API or policies.

8. Plans and Billing

Acliptic offers a free plan and paid subscription plans, each with its own usage limits (such as processing time and active streams) — see our Pricing page for current plans and limits, which may change over time. Paid plans are billed by Stripe, our payment processor — we never receive or store your full card number. Paid plans may include a free trial; if you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be charged for the plan you selected.

Subscriptions renew automatically for each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected) until cancelled. You can cancel or change plans at any time from the billing portal in your account settings. Our policy: cancel anytime, effective at the end of your current billing period; no refunds for partial periods except where required by law. Prices may change going forward; we'll give you reasonable notice before a price change applies to your subscription.

9. Our Intellectual Property

Acliptic's software, branding, and the Service itself (excluding Your Content) are owned by us. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you agree we can use them without any obligation to you.

10. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content processed or published through Acliptic infringes your copyright, email support@acliptic.pro with (a) a description of the copyrighted work, (b) the content you believe infringes it, and (c) your contact information. We'll review and may remove content and/or suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law or by a connected platform's own policies. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as Your Content's license scope for already-published clips, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

12. Disclaimers

The Service, including clip selection, captions, and generated titles/descriptions, is produced by automated systems and provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that any clip will be accurate, suitable, or achieve any particular level of engagement or "virality," that any platform will approve or keep your content live, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acliptic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of the United Arab Emirates or any other law that applies to you.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Acliptic harmless from any claim arising from Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party platform's terms through your use of the Service.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Effective" date and version at the top and give you at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to an existing subscriber, where practical. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

17. General

Assignment. We may assign these Terms to a successor entity (for example, if Acliptic is incorporated as a company) and will post a notice when we do; your rights under these Terms carry over unchanged.

Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Acliptic regarding the Service.

Force majeure. We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including outages of a third-party platform or infrastructure provider we depend on.

Notices. We may notify you by email or by posting on the Service; you may notify us at the contact below.
